Kiln furnitures of SiC oxide are made from fine quality SiC. They are produced with high density, oxide sintered and are also added with some binding additives. 

They are featured with high temperature tolerance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, resistance to oxidation and corrosion, and high friction tolerance. 

Thus they can be widely used in ceramics, electric ceramics, physics and chemical kilns and also used as plates, rollers, and cases.
